CREATING REAL ART WITH FAKE FOOD

You may have seen them in the windows of Japanese restaurants and seen beautiful plated food, that at first sight seems so real. But, on closer look you realise that its fake. So, how do they make fake food look so real? Here’s a look at a multi-billion yen industry, which makes the displays, which come from one city only: Gujo, the center of fake food. The people who make the displays are real artists, but the “food” they create is not. Art comes in all forms 🙂
